Si bien la nueva T500 está diseñada más para el ocio que para competir, la T500 se convirtió en una excelente zapatilla de tenis en aquel entonces y ahora es un clásico atemporal. El empeine tiene una construcción de ante y nobuk de piel de cerdo y detalles en la puntera perforada, para una versión de primera calidad del estilo familiar apropiada para cualquier situación y superficie.
