Tascón Concept Stores S.L. (hereinafter TASCÓN) offers you an online shopping service that allows you to purchase items available in our online store from your computer. Purchase warranties
The items offered on this website meet the same quality and warranty requirements as products sold in TASCÓN stores. The colors of the garments and footwear shown on the screen may vary depending on your computer monitor.
Purchase procedure
To purchase items, select them and add them to your shopping bag. The shopping bag will display the selected items, their details and price. The price does not include shipping, which will be calculated based on the delivery location and method selected. During the checkout process, please provide accurate personal information for order processing and delivery.
Currency and taxes
Prices shown on this website are in the currency of the destination country and include taxes. The final summary before payment will show the items purchased and the total price including taxes.
Payment and security
TASCÓN accepts payments made by credit or debit card through the secure payment system. For maximum security, TASCÓN uses secure payment systems provided by leading financial institutions. If your card payment is declined, please verify the expiration date, credit limit and accuracy of the information entered.
Shipping
Delivery is available through different methods depending on the country of delivery. Shipping cost and delivery time will vary depending on the method and destination selected. For Spain, standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days and costs €4.95. Other shipping options are available for different regions. See the table below for details:

International Shipping and Customs
Please be advised that when ordering from outside the European Union (EU), your package may be subject to customs inspections and fees, depending on your country's regulations. We wish to remind our valued international customers that the length of time a package may remain in customs is beyond our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from customs hold. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Address Accuracy
For timely and successful delivery of your order, it is imperative that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process. This includes your house number, floor number and door number, as applicable. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or unfortunate return of packages. Please check your address details to ensure they are complete and accurate. We cannot assume responsibility for delays or problems resulting from incomplete address information provided by the customer. Your attention to these details is crucial to help us deliver your order smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order only if its status is “Received”. Once the order status changes to “Prepared”, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us at hello@tascon.es and provide your name and order number.
Right of Withdrawal - Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. TASCÓN will refund the full amount of the order, including shipping costs, if any. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@tascon.es with your name and order number. TASCÓN offers different return methods depending on the country of purchase. See our website for details.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, first process a return for the product you wish to exchange, and then place a new order with the desired item. In-store exchanges are only accepted at authorized TASCON stores for size exchanges or tare exchanges. Please see our website or contact customer service for more information.
Data security and confidentiality
TASCÓN ensures the security of the data you provide through physical, electronic and managerial procedures. Your information may be stored and processed in Spain or other countries where TASCÓN operates. TASCÓN will never ask you to provide or confirm personal information by email.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. In case of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. You can also access the European Union's online dispute resolution platform for further assistance.
