At TASCÓN, we offer domestic and international shipping. The delivery country must match the country or region selected during checkout. You can change your country and language preferences on our website.
To avoid delivery issues, please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly and completely during checkout.
TASCÓN offers several delivery options, depending on the destination country and the characteristics of your order:
- In-store pickup: You can collect your order free of charge from participating TASCÓN stores in Spain. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. You will have 15 calendar days from receiving this notification to collect your order. After this period, the order may be returned to our warehouse and the return will be processed. To collect your order, you must present your order number and a valid identification document (DNI, NIE or equivalent).
- Home delivery: We ship your order to the address provided during checkout, whether it is your home, workplace or another valid address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- Delivery to pickup points: When this option is available, you can select a pickup point from our network during checkout.

Important: The prices shown are our general shipping rates. The final shipping cost and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout, before you confirm your payment.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, volume, packaging or fulfillment location of your order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by sales periods, promotions, public holidays, transport disruptions or customs procedures.
- We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information so you can check the status of your shipment.
Changes to Shipping Rates
TASCÓN reserves the right to change its shipping rates and conditions. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the changes take effect and will not affect previously confirmed orders.
International Shipping and Customs
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes and handling fees in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
If these charges are not expressly included in the amount paid during checkout, they may be collected from the recipient by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
Customs procedures may cause delays beyond TASCÓN's control. We cannot guarantee customs clearance times or delivery dates when these procedures are required.
Delivery Address Accuracy
To ensure your shipment is processed correctly, you must provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout, including the street name, building number, floor, apartment or unit number, postal code, city and any other necessary information.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays, delivery issues or the return of your package. We recommend carefully reviewing all details before confirming your order.
TASCÓN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights.
