Third parties with whom we may need to share your information include our business partners (for example, as part of a joint sales promotion or to forward a contact to one of our distribution partners for a potential sale).

In the event that you have a written agreement with Tascón that governs access to Tascón's information or programs, Tascón may use your Personal Information to verify compliance with the agreement, access software licenses granted, track software downloaded from such pages, or track the use of other applications available on such pages.

Also if you consider that your data have been treated inadequately, you have the right to file a complaint or to obtain further information about your rights before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6. 28001 - Madrid www.agpd.es).

How we protect your personal information

Tascón ensures the security of the data you provide to us through electronic or non-electronic, face-to-face or non-face-to-face procedures. Where appropriate, Tascón websites use SSL encryption to increase the security of data transmission. Within Tascón, data is stored on controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in Spain or any other country in which Tascón, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents are located.

While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you provide to us over an unsecured Internet connection. For this reason, we urge you to take all necessary steps to protect your personal information when you are on the Internet.

Some ways to protect your personal data include changing your passwords often, using a combination of letters and numbers in your passwords, and ensuring that you use a secure browser. Also, be aware of "phishing" attacks, through which attempts are made to steal consumer personal and bank account information. Phishers use e-mails to take the consumer to fake web sites designed to trick the recipient into providing sensitive personal information, such as credit card numbers, account user names, passwords and social security numbers. Tascón will never send you an e-mail asking you to provide or confirm Sensitive Personal Information. If you receive such a communication, please forward it immediately to hello@tascon.es and delete it immediately from your computer.

Tascón's policies for minors

We encourage parents and guardians to accompany their children when browsing the Internet, and to participate in the interactive activities offered by these websites. If you are under 14 years old and want to register, you must ask your parents or guardians to provide us with your details and theirs. We will then send an email to your parents or guardians to inform them that your details will be recorded on the website and to confirm their consent to register. If you have indicated that you would like to receive Tascón Information and/or Tascón greeting cards (only available for certain age groups, as indicated when registering) we will request, where required, the consent of your parent or guardian.

The parent or guardian's email address provided to us will only be used to inform the parent or guardian and - where required by data protection regulations - also to obtain their consent to the child's registration, as explained above. Electronic communications sent (and consents received) may be stored for evidentiary purposes.

Third Party Websites
Tascón's website contains links to third party websites, in some of which the Tascón logo may appear. However, such websites are not operated or maintained by Tascón, and Tascón does not share your Personal Information with such websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies. Your use of any third party website is at your own risk.

While we choose our business partners carefully, Tascón is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites operated by third parties whose links appear on our website. Once you have left our website, you should review the applicable privacy statement of the third party website to determine how they will use any information they collect from you.

To showcase our Trusted Shops seal of quality and the ratings collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to shoppers after they place an order, this website includes the Trusted Shops Trustbadge.

For the purpose of a balancing of interests, this primarily serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.

Each time the Trustbadge logo is called up, the web server automatically saves the so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data), and logs the visit. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Other personal data is only transmitted to Trusted Shops insofar as you have placed an order, have opted for the use of Trusted Shops products or have already registered for the use of Trusted Shops products. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops shall apply.

Changes to this privacy statement

This document has been updated on November 26, 2018. Tascón may change this Privacy Statement from time to time and at any time.
