The country of delivery always has to match the country of purchase. When you visit tascon.com you will indicate the Country (region) and Language preferences, the delivery locations are related to the available provinces you have previously selected. If at any time you want to change Country (region), you can do it.
To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the form correctly during the purchase process.
TASCÓN offers you several shipping methods that you can select during the purchase process, depending on the country of delivery, some will be available and others will not:
- Store pickup: You can pick up your order at the associated stores that TASCÓN has enabled in Spain. Once the merchandise arrives at our store we will notify you by email to pick up your order. You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the email to pick it up, after which time TASCÓN will send it back to the warehouse and the return will be processed automatically. It is necessary to present the order number and the identification of the person who is going to pick it up (ID card, NIE, etc.).
- Home delivery: Through an international courier company it can be delivered to the particular address that you indicate in the purchase process (home, work, etc.-never to a post office box since it is necessary to authenticate the delivery).
- Convenience Point Delivery: it is also possible to receive your package at a convenience point in our network. You will be able to check your nearest point directly by selecting the shipping method when placing your order.
Both the shipping cost and the delivery time depend on the selected shipping method and you will be able to know them before processing the payment:

- The shipping cost may be increased if the volume of the order is high or the packaging is special.
- Delivery times may be longer in times of sales and promotions.
You will receive an email with a code with which you can track the different status of your order, also every time your order changes status you will be notified via email.
Shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. This change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the contract published on this website, not affecting orders placed previously.
