Terms and conditions of purchase

Tascón Concept Stores S.L. (hereinafter TASCÓN) offers you an online shopping service that will allow you to buy from your computer some of the items available in our online store. In addition, you can enjoy promotions, gifts and special offers, designed exclusively for you.
Below, we invite you to review the general conditions that regulate the purchase of TASCÓN products through this Web Page. In this sense, the use of this Web Page constitutes your agreement to these general conditions. However, if you have any questions about them, please contact our Customer Service Department.

All illustrations, designs, icons, graphics, photographs, images and any other elements that are part of the website are the exclusive property of Tascón Concept Stores S.L..
The elements of this website are designed for the purpose of offering the sale of products identified with the TASCÓN brand. The copy or use of these elements does not imply the transfer of any rights over them. In this regard, the reproduction, publication, transmission, modification or distribution by any means of the elements configured on this website is expressly prohibited.

Coverage of the offer

The products offered are distributed in the following countries: Spain (no shipments to Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal (no shipments to Madeira and Azores archipelagos), United Kingdom (no shipments to Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Isle of Man), Ireland, Italy (no shipments to Republic of San Marino), France, Germany, Austria, Greece, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, United States, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Bulgaria, Russia (no shipments to areas not covered by the shipping agency we work with. This can be checked at check out based on the zip code).

Purchase guarantees

The items offered on this website are a selection of products from TASCÓN's best suppliers and meet the same quality and warranty requirements as the products offered for sale in TASCÓN stores.
TASCÓN has made an effort to show the colors of the garments and footwear as closely as possible to reality. However, the color of these, when they appear on screen, may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this sense, TASCÓN cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your monitor are true to life.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated.
In case of defective product, TASCÓN shall proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. TASCÓN is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery.
All this in accordance with the provisions contained in the General Consumer Law and applicable provisions.

Purchase procedure

The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon. The shopping bag will contain the references of the selected items, their name, the size, the chosen color, and the price in the corresponding currency (taxes included).
The price expressed does not include shipping as the rates vary depending on the country and the shipping method selected. This price is indicated in the shopping bag before starting the purchase process.
During the purchase process, you will be asked for personal information that will be added to our database in order to process your order and facilitate new purchases at TASCÓN. Remember that personal information must be provided accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item(s) purchased.
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before the order is shipped, a summary will be presented identifying the item/s purchased, their total price incluiding VAT, but excluding local import taxes in some cases, and shipping information.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the web page itself so that it can be tracked at any time and from the computer. Likewise, an e-mail message will be sent, with a description of the order and the personal data that have been communicated. The non-receipt of this message may be due to a transitory problem of communications in the network or to a typing error in the e-mail address communicated. In both cases, it is advisable to contact customer service.
If, at the time of the issuance of the order, our warehouse detects that there is no stock of any of the products included in the order, we will try to locate the product. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately, in order to cancel the order and place it again or receive the remaining garments and receive the credit for the missing product.
TASCÓN contributes to protect the environment through digitalization and is committed to electronic support. Customers can consult and download their invoices from the web whenever they wish. In addition, they can request delivery by e-mail or post to our customer service department.

Currency and taxes

The prices on this website are shown in the currency of the country of destination and include taxes.
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before paying for the order, a final summary will be presented identifying the item(s) purchased and their total price (including taxes).
TASCÓN gives its users the option to choose the country or region of destination so that they can see the prices including taxes. If the delivery address is subsequently changed and the country or region of destination is modified, the prices shown in the final order summary may vary.

Payment and security

TASCÓN will only accept payments made by credit or debit card supported by the payment system or payment gateway and by Stripe. If you choose to pay with Stripe you will be redirected to the Stripe page and from there you will be able to pay with your Stripe account quickly and securely, without sharing financial information.
For payments made by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, TASCÓN uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce.
As a complementary measure to the payment system and in order to collaborate in the prevention of fraud over the Internet, TASCÓN reserves the right to ask its customers for additional information and documents for the purpose of finalizing the Order. TASCÓN will verify such personal information provided, as well as take the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) to ensure that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to make sure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.
  • If there is any other reason, you will have to contact the bank that issued the card to clarify the reasons for a denied transaction.


TASCÓN ensures the security of online purchases at all times. Our commercial process has been audited by TRUSTED SHOPS and after a satisfactory result we have obtained the TRUSTED SHOPS Seal.
The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Shipping

The country of delivery must always coincide with the country of purchase. When you visit tascon.com you will indicate the Country (region) and Language preferences, the delivery locations are related to the available provinces you have previously selected. If at any time you want to change Country (region), you can do it.
To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the form correctly during the purchase process.
TASCÓN offers you several shipping methods that you can select during the purchase process, depending on the country of delivery, some will be available and others will not:

  • Store pickup: You can pick up your order at the associated stores that TASCÓN has enabled in Spain. Once the merchandise arrives at our store we will notify you by email to pick up your order. You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the email to pick it up, after which time TASCÓN will send it back to the warehouse and the return will be processed automatically. It is necessary to present the order number and the identification of the person who is going to pick it up (ID card, NIE, etc.).
  • Home delivery: Through an international courier company it can be delivered to the particular address that you indicate in the purchase process (home, work, etc.-never to a post office box since it is necessary to authenticate the delivery).
  • Convenience Point Delivery: it is also possible to receive your package at a convenience point in our network. You will be able to check your nearest point directly by selecting the shipping method when placing your order.
  • Both the shipping cost and delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected and you will be able to know them before processing the payment:

  • The shipping cost may be increased if the volume of the order is high or the packaging is special.
  • Delivery times may be longer in times of sales and promotions.

Tascon will provide you with a courier code. Through your courier code you can track the different status of your order, also every time your order changes status you will be notified via email.
Shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. This change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the contract published on this website, not affecting orders placed previously.

Cancellations

You can only cancel an order if its status is "Received", once the order changes its status to "Preparation" it will not be possible to cancel it. To cancel the order you just have to wrote an email to hello@tascon.es and provide your name and order number. Once the order is cancelled, you will be refunded in the same way you made your purchase. This process may take a few days depending on your bank.

Right of Withdrawal - Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase once you have received it, you have the right to cancel the order without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. TASCÓN will refund the total amount of the order including shipping costs, if any. You will receive the amount by the same payment method used in your purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank. To exercise your right of withdrawal, all you have to do is to write an email to hello@tascon.es providing your name and order number.
In addition, TASCÓN extends the return period by an additional 16 days after the withdrawal period has elapsed. In this case, TASCÓN will only refund the price paid for the products and never the shipping costs, unless the return of the entire order is due to a defect.
TASCÓN offers three return methods or systems once the consumer has communicated his or her right of withdrawal, which may or may not be active depending on the country of purchase:

  • Free returns in the partner stores closest to your home. Processing the return by writing to the email hello@tascon.es.
  • Returns through our transport agency. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
  • Returns by your own means: The customer if desired can send the order to Tascón Concept Stores S.L., Avenida Diagonal 462 - 08006 Barcelona, Spain by their own means, it is advisable that the shipment is perfectly packaged, closed and go certified if possible, TASCÓN will not be responsible for damage, loss or cost of such shipment.

In all cases, we recommend the customer:

  • Process the return by writing to our email hello@tascon.es.
  • Prepare the return by reusing the shipping bag itself or, failing that, a suitable packaging (box, bag, etc.).
  • Close the bag properly.

When the return shipment is received at TASCÓN or the customer presents proof of the return, such as a receipt from the shipping company, if the return is in order, you will be refunded the price paid for the returned products. The deposit will be made in the same way in which you made your purchase, remember that this process may take a few days depending on your bank.
If the return is not in conformity you will be notified by email, you can contact TASCÓN's customer service department for further details of the evaluation. In the case of non-conforming returns, TASCÓN is not obliged to refund the price paid for the returned products. If the customer wants the returned products, TASCÓN will send them to the address indicated by the customer, but always at the customer's expense.
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product when the return is not made by any of the free methods mentioned above.
TASCÓN reminds you that all garments or items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent and with all their labels. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item you will have to process, through our website or an Authorized TASCÓN store, first a return for the product you want to exchange and then you will have to place a new order with the new item. On-site exchanges will only be accepted at authorized TASCÓN stores in the following cases:
1. Change of size on an item.
2. Tare exchanges (for the same garment, identical color and size).
These exchanges will be subject to availability in these TASCÓN stores and to the presentation of the packing slip on the date of return and the unworn garments with the original labeling.
These exchanged garments will have 30 days from the date of exchange in the event that you need to return them, which must be done in TASCÓN stores, presenting the delivery note from the online store and the receipt of the exchange made in the TASCÓN store. The refund will be made to the customer after receiving and reviewing the product in Central in the same method of payment that the customer made the purchase.
Size changes or exchanges due to tare in stores will not be possible for discounted items.
In-store exchanges will only be possible in TASCÓN stores.

Data security and confidentiality

TASCÓN ensures the security of the data you provide to us through standard physical, electronic and managerial procedures. Where appropriate, TASCÓN websites use SSL encryption to increase the security of data transmission. Within TASCON, data is stored on controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in Spain or any other country where TASCÓN, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents are located.
TASCÓN will never send you an email asking you to provide or confirm Personal Information. If you receive such a communication, please forward it immediately to hello@tascon.es.
We inform you that TASCÓN has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, all in compliance with the provisions of the LOPD (Organic Law on Data Protection), if you want more information you can consult our Privacy Policy.
