Refund policy

Exchanges and returns:

We want you to love your Tascón shoes. Very simple, isn't it? If you have ordered the wrong size or have any other problem, you can always exchange or return your order as long as:

Your items have not been worn, are not damaged, are in resalable condition (i.e. no wrinkles or visible wear on the shoes) and are in their original packaging.

The return request is submitted within 14 days of receipt of the original order.

TASCON offers three modes or systems of return once the consumer has communicated their right of withdrawal and they will be active or not depending on the country of purchase:

  • Free returns in the partner stores closest to your home. Processing the return by writing to the email hello@tascon.es.
  • Returns through our transport agency: The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
  • Returns by your own means: The customer if desired can send the order to Tascón Concept Stores S.L., Avenida Diagonal 462 - 08006 Barcelona, Spain by their own means, it is advisable that the shipment is perfectly packaged, closed and go certified if possible, TASCÓN will not be responsible for damage, loss or cost of such shipment.

In all cases, we recommend the customer:

  • Process the return by sending an email to hello@tascon.es.
  • Prepare the return by reusing the shipping bag itself or, failing that, a suitable packaging (box, bag, etc.).
  • Close the bag correctly.

When the return shipment is received at TASCÓN or the customer presents proof of the return, such as a receipt from the shipping company, if the return is in order, you will be refunded the price paid for the returned products. The deposit will be made in the same way in which you made your purchase, remember that this process may take a few days depending on your bank.

If the return is not in conformity you will be notified by email, you can contact TASCÓN's customer service department for further details of the evaluation. In the case of non-conforming returns, TASCÓN is not obliged to refund the price paid for the returned products. If the customer wants the returned products, TASCÓN will send them to the address indicated by the customer, but always at the customer's expense.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product when the return is not made by any of the free methods mentioned above.

TASCÓN reminds you that all garments or items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent and with all their labels. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that relate to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
